Arrival Checklist

1. Turn on water switch. It is a simple toggle switch in the Laundry closet on the right side inside the closet. This will turn on the water and the water heater. You may think the water is on (due to pressure in the lines) but you will realize the switch is still off when you have no hot water.

2. Toilet valves may need to be opened as well.

3. Turn on the ice maker if you want the best crunchy ice on earth.

4. If you have company, I suggest turning on the interior step light that lights up the diagonal stair tread, and just leave it on while you are there. The switch is located in the front hall closet.

5. Crank up the music, pour your a cold one and enjoy yourself!

Other Notes

• What NOT to put down the drain:

  • animal products (fats, oils or grease)

  • meats

  • citrus peels

• Cleaning counters: Use mild dishwashing soap and water.

• Mugs - white, plain mugs can get super hot in the microwave. Beware!
